All shoes, belts, wallets, portfolios, and bags are eligible for free return in the EU. If you have items outside these categories, then please contact firstname.lastname@example.org about your return.
The purchase of items through the Website provides the right of cancellation within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, and to do so the instructions offered on the Website must be followed.
All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, with all their seals and packaging, provided that this allows all necessary checks and handling to be carried out to determine the characteristics and functions of the products.
To be eligible for a complimentary return, please ensure the following steps are taken:
- You must be a registered user of our website. If the order was placed from an unregistered account, please contact email@example.com.
- Sign-in to the registered account associated with the order.
- Under the personal menu, select ‘My Orders’.
- Click on ‘View Order’ in the order you want to return and go to the ‘Returns’ tab.
- Request a New Return and complete the returns form.
- You will receive an email once your return has been accepted.

We do not reimburse expenses for express delivery except for returns related to quality or factory defects.
Products must be returned in perfect conditions. Any items returned in bad conditions will be returned to sender.
Modified/customized products are not eligible to be returned.
Products must be returned in the original packaging. Items not returned in original packaging may be subject to a €10 repackaging fee.
When trying shoes for the first time, we recommend wearing them on a carpeted area to ensure fit and comfort. We make shoes on many different lasts to appeal to a variety of tastes and fits. Please be sure your shoes fit properly and that you are completely satisfied before wearing them for normal use. Please allow 1-3 business days for returns to be processed once they arrive at our warehouse.
Please be informed that the exchange system is not already covered. You would have to return the article that does not fit you and place a new order with the right size.
